ELCON/S.ELCON's solid-capacitor family comprises EPLC, EPC, EPL, EPS and EPH series. The source describes a medium-to-large Chinese firm with factories in Dongguan and Shenzhen which entered the solid-capacitor business relatively recently. By late 2008, only two solid production lines reportedly operated, accounting for under 1% of shipments. Markings are predominantly pale pink. A transparent sleeve marked only 'ELCON' identifies the EEZ series and is explicitly not a solid capacitor.
